Shipping and Return Policies
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders generally ship within 1 day after receiving payment. Orders paid by check or eCheck will be held until we receive the check or confirmation that the eCheck has cleared.
AK, HI, PR, Guam, and APO orders: Shipping charge will be determined by weight, distance, and handling.
Contact us for international mail shipping cost. Shipping standards are different for each country. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. USPS only tracks medium and large flat rate boxes for international mail which can take 6-10 days.
All other packages (first class or priority) have no tracking, no guaranteed delivery time, and lost shipments are the responsibility of the buyer unless insured or registered. The cost of insurance or registration is the buyer’s responsibility.
Backorders do occur in our inventory. We will hold your order until we receive the item or up to one week. We will then contact you and you can decide how you would like us to handle the order. Special Order items will ship when all items are available and can take up to 12 weeks to arrive.
Hobby-Supplies.com offers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on items returned in new condition with all packaging still intact. All returns must be authorized and coordinated with a Customer Service Representative. Please call 763-525-1750 or email email@example.com to advise of your intent to return a product.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless Hobby-Supplies.com has shipped an item not ordered or an item is damaged in shipping. We recommend shipping the item back to us in a solid protective package to avoid damage to the returned item.
Merchandise that has been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Merchandise that has been damaged in return shipping will not be refundable unless the packaging was provided by us.
